"Beach front Property in Vegas" is the latest addition to Angie Reed and Eric D. Clark's collaboration on her soon to be released long awaited third lp "Leaving Limboville"!
The idea for the song comes from a dream Eric had concerning "the big one" which is the famed earthquake that will come and decimate the western coast of the United States rendering Las Vegas a coastal enclave with lucrative real estate possibilities!

This is the 2nd song to be released under the moniker of "Leaving Limboville": their first in the series was "I want to Love You" which did very well as a vinyl release with remixes by Tyree Cooper; Dirk Lyers and the Maertini Brothers!

Angie hails from a love of the Arts: she s a multi-instrumentalist : singer/sngwriter and producer: designs jewelry: and is an acclaimed animator/director!

the first LP having been the acclaimed "...The best of Barbara Brockhaus" which is still heavily requested due to it's fictional character Barbara Brockhaus that Angie created for the project...

she is famously known for shows that defy standard critique due to the fact she develops entire visual scenarios which include her as well: it's multimedia from one seriously talented mind!

The new material Ms. Reed and Professor D. Clark (residue from Eric's days as Guest Professor in the Staedel School for Visual Arts) are currently completing is once again a long way from the early material that either are known for: plus Angie plays a major role in how the music is done; working closely with Eric to develop a new form of popular electronic music devoid of conventional standardization!

"Beach Front Property in Vegas" was recorded in the Jeans Team studio in Berlin where Eric had the privilege of working with the famed SYNCLAVIER II synthesizer to mold a piece of music both mysterious and enthralling to say the least: from the chopped up beat of the drums to the Oriental if not Egyptian melody's and that smattering of dance sensibilities rampant in his compositions/productions...
